By appearing for an interview at the NABJ conference in Chicago this Wednesday just to use his time to attack Kamala Harris' ethnicity and mock not only the attendees but every honest American watching at home, trump got exactly what he thinks he wanted: Not only did trump get his fearmongering racist bullshit out there in the national dialogue for his racist voting base to lap up, he got to present himself as a "victim" of a hostile and angry audience so that he can justify further attacks against Kamala Harris as well as everyone supporting her.
As I mentioned in my previous post, trump and his Republican handlers seem to think that attacking their opponent's very existence is a winning move, when history proved that the same tactics applied to Barack Obama never worked at all as he won decisive majorities in 2008 and 2012.
Okay, that's two sentences three sentences on this topic, but it had to be said.
Update: YES I KNOW this is going to be more than one sentence, but the Psy Of Life blogger CalicoJack goes into a more thorough review of trump's racist actions and intent, and it a must-read.

His supporters were complimenting him for taking back the news cycle. They never care why, though, and that is going to get more and more important as the unengaged electorate begins to wake up this fall.
